1. Take a personality test. It is recommended that you take the one at 16 Personalities (Links to an external site.)

2. Print the page with your personality type and your personal percentages.

3. Select "Start Reading."

4. Print or save the Introduction, the Strengths and Weaknesses, and the Career Paths section of your results. Hold on to these. They will be needed for multiple assignments throughout the semester.

5. Reflect on the results of the personality test, and consider the following prompts.

Consider the time that you most exemplified your personal strengths.
Consider the time that you most exemplified your personal weaknesses.
Think of a time that displayed both your personal weaknesses and personal strengths.

6. Write a reflective paper using your preferred prompt.

The paper should be a minimum of 600 words. Refer to the rubric for grading guidelines. When completed, save this essay. It will be submitted on one word document along with your Implicit Bias Essay. You can view the rubric and the submission drop box by clicking here.
